Blue Square students will begin their workshop with a Madame Olga NYR workout designed to promote core strength, alignment, stamina and confidence. Ballet technique class followed by Pointe/Men’s technique will focus on building strong fundamentals to prepare students for a semester of successful dancing!

Thursday with Madame Olga and Friday with DL: 4:30-5:00 NYR workout, 5:00-6:30 Ballet technique, 6:45-7:30 Pointe technique class/Men’s technique

Madame Olga will take you through one of her iconic ballet classes, emphasizing proper technique, energetic presentation and love. After class, students will be treated to learn a female and a male variation from the classical repertoire gaining new technique and inspiration.
