(CBA Levels 2 and 3)

Green Circle students will begin their workshop with an invigorating NYR workout designed to get the blood flowing, promote core strength, alignment and stamina. Ballet class followed by Pre-Pointe, Pointe or Jazz to dance in the New Year will help students get a head start on preparing for an exciting semester ahead.

Thursday: 4:30-5:00 NYR workout, 5:00-6:15 Ballet technique, 6:30-7:00 Pre-Pointe/Pointe. Friday: 4:30-5:45 Ballet technique, 6:00-7:00 Jazz.
