Young Men's Ballet Level 4B

Mondays 5:45-8:15 PM | Tuesdays 5:00-7:30 PM | Thursdays 5:30-8:30 PM | Saturdays 12:30-2:00 PM
Instructors: Jonnathan Ramirez, Erika Sandre, Alexis Drabek, Suellen De Villiers and Fiona Hutchens

(Ages 10+ by placement) Ballet Level 4 students begin a deeper study of the fundamentals of ballet and an understanding of the commitment to excellence. Barre and center work combinations become more advanced as students work on sequences, transition steps and stamina. Students are assessed for pointe work, and depending on individual progression and development, are given the opportunity to begin work en pointe in the second semester. Character and Modern Dance are included in Ballet Level 4 curriculum as essential forms of dance training needed to develop well rounded dancers. Level 4 Modern will introduce techniques of Limon, Horton and Graham as students begin to explore composition and improvisation. Character and Modern classes culminate with a performance at the end of each semester. 

Ballet Level 4 young men receive specialized training during Young Men’s Class. Tailored to the unique needs of men’s ballet technique, students continue to work on ballet fundamentals emphasizing clarity in positions and core and back strength as they learn the foundations for men’s virtuosic technique. 

Students in this level are eligible to participate in Colorado Ballet Academy’s Youth America Grand Prix and Denver Ballet Guild programs.

2-Pay Plan: Enroll in bi-annual auto-pay with credit/debit card - Processing Fee: $20; Can be charged on 1st of Month or 15th of Month. All program fees and 50% of tuition balance due upon registration. Remaining balance to paid in November 2022 and will be charged to the card provided.

5-Pay Plan: Enroll in a 5-month auto-pay with credit/debit card – Processing Fee: $50; Can be charged on 1st of Month or 15th of Month. Initial payment plus all fees due upon registration. The remaining balance will be divided into 4 payments which will be withdrawn as close as possible to the 1st or the 15th of the month starting in August 2022 and concluding in November 2022.

10-Pay Plan: Enroll in a 10-month auto-pay with credit/debit card - Processing Fee: $100; Can be charged on 1st of Month or 15th of Month. Initial payment plus all fees due upon registration. The remaining balance will be divided into 9 payments which will be withdrawn as close as possible to the 1st or the 15th of the month starting in August 2022 and concluding in April 2023.
