2021-2022 Student Matinee Reservation Request Form

Description

Thank you for your interest in attending Colorado Ballet's student matinee performances. Please select the quantity of 1 below, fill out all required form fields, then proceed to Checkout to complete your reservation request.

This reservation request form only serves as consideration for approval to attend and does not serve as registration for performance attendance. Completing this request does not guarantee your school seats at your requested student matinee.

Once reviewed, your approval or waitlist notification will be sent no later than 90 days before each student matinee. If approved, information on how to complete payment will be provided (ticket prices are prorated based on your school's Free and Reduced Lunch Percentage (FRL%)). If your request does not meet our minimum requirements (10 total seats or more), it will not be considered.
