Virtual NYR Black Diamond Evening

Description

(CBA Advanced Division, All PPD) Black Diamond students will begin their workshop with a NYR workout designed to promote core strength, alignment and stamina. Ballet technique class followed by Pointe/Men’s technique, will focus on repetition of fundamentals to prepare students for a semester of successful dancing! 

Thursday and Friday 
4:45-5:15 NYR workout
5:15-6:30 Ballet technique
6:45-7:30 Pointe technique class/Men’s technique
