Don't miss this collection of works from the masters of music and dance showcasing our dancers artistry and athleticism and powerful live music performed by the Colorado Ballet Orchestra. Ballet MasterWorks includes Concerto Barocco, by choreographer George Balanchine and music by Johann Sebastian Bach; Fancy Free, choreographed by Jerome Robbins with original score composed for the ballet by Leonard Bernstein; and the triumphant return of the extremely popular In Pieces, choreographed by Val Caniparoli with music by Poul Ruders.

Peter and the Wolf

Peter and the Wolf – Choreography by Michael Smuin, Music by Sergei Prokofiev

Colorado Ballet will close out its season with the children’s classic, Peter and the Wolf. Choreographed by Michael Smuin, this witty and musical folk tale includes a musical score by Sergei Prokofiev. This production will open with a special performance of Bruch Violin Concerto No.1, choreographed by Clark Tippet featuring a beautiful score composed by Max Bruch.
