2012 - 2013 Academy Events
The Academy provides training to students age 3 through adult, beginner through professional. Utilizing the famed Vaganova method of Ballet training, the Academy has honed the dance skills of thousands of students, as well as started the careers of many professional dancers. The Academy provides the highest quality dance training to all students in a professional environment and offers two convenient locations - the Central Academy in downtown Denver and the South Academy in Centennial.

The Nutcracker
Colorado’s favorite holiday tradition, The Nutcracker features unforgettable characters as well as dazzling costumes and scenery. This seasonal tradition will feature classic choreography paired with Tchaikovsky’s extraordinary arrangement performed live by the Colorado Ballet Orchestra.

Cinderella
Experience the magic of this beloved fairy tale with Prokofiev’s enchanting score played live by the Colorado Ballet Orchestra. This ballet for all ages tells the story of a girl, a glass slipper and a handsome prince and demonstrates that dreams sometimes do come true.

2013 2014 Season
Director's Choice
Colorado Ballet will close out the season with Director's Choice, March 28-30, 2014 at the Newman Center at the University of Denver. Director's Choice will feature with three innovative works including Traveling Alone, choreographed by Amy Seiwert, Feast of the Gods, choreographed by Edwaard Liang, and a new ballet.
